Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

I sent flowers from Bella Fiore to my sister in California on Friday and another order for a flower bouquet for Saturday. Both sets of flowers were extremely fresh and beautiful and my sister was very excited over the freshness and beauty of the flower arrangements created by Bella Fiore..!! This was the best experience I have ever had with a florist. Sunny was so incredibly helpful. I was able to send her pictures of things I liked via my cell phone, and she responded with pictures of the flowers they had on hand and all the different vases I was interested in. Then, she sent me a picture of the completed arrangement and it was stunning! The recipient was in love with the arrangement as well. I highly, highly recommend them for your high end, gorgeous creation. the flowers were so beautiful and the staff person that helped me choose which to send was so kind and helpful.......the person I sent them to was celebrating her 76 birthday and mentioned this was the first time she had ever received flowers...the flowers were a hit.. thank you again.
