Florist was accommodating when I requested a different base for a succulent arrangement. I think the two large pieces of wood are bit too large. And one or 3 wood accessories might be a more artistic choice. Overall, I was happy but wanted to share because of cost and my friend’s ambivalent reception of it. ---- Florist's Response: Thank you so much for your feedback—we truly appreciate you taking the time to share it. We also sent a photo of the finished arrangement prior to pickup and received your approval. When you arrived to pick it up, we didn’t hear any concerns, but we’re always happy to make adjustments at that time if needed. We completely understand that preferences can change, especially after gifting, and we appreciate your thoughts about the wood accents. Your feedback is helpful as we continue refining our designs, and we’d love the opportunity to create something even more aligned with your vision in the future.

The most stunning arrangement. Bella Fiore was wonderful with communication, even attempting to delivery multiple times to ensure it was received properly. They are an outstanding company and what I ordered exceeded my expectations! Thank you!
