I live in Oregon and was sending an arrangement to a dear family for a memorial service. Ordered online and was so pleased when they sent a picture of the flowers being delivered to the church. They were gorgeous! I would definitely recommend and use again. We ordered this arrangement for the "welcome" table for my mom's celebration of life. Peach was one of her favorite colors, so ordered this one especially to go next to her photos. They were perfect! I walked into Bella Fiore 10 mins before closing on my way home from work on the off chance I might find a pre-made bouquet for my wife. I expected to be told that there was nothing that could be done on such short notice, and I would be stuck with a grocery store rose bouquet. Instead, I was greeted warmly with smiles, as if they had just opened, and offered a beautiful arrangement that they were just putting the finishing touches on. (I am certain it was destined for someone else's event the next day.) As a business owner, I understand the additional time and effort that would be required now on their behalf to prepare for tomorrow, but the owner and staff were more than happy to accommodate me. You don't see this kind of customer service very often any more and I will be using Bella Fiore for any future floral needs as well as sending them referrals. Not only did they create a stunning bouquet that my wife LOVED, but a future customer and supporter as well! ---- Florist's Response: Thank you so much for taking the time to share this, we're thrilled we could help on short notice and that your wife loved the bouquet. Another Mother‘s Day success! Bella Fiore has been my florist of choice in Fair Oaks for over 10 years. They have the most beautiful arrangements and take care of everything. I began looking for a florist when I lived overseas and now that I’m back in California they are still my first and only call.
