Absolutely the best customer service! When ordering flowers online it can feel like a gamble that you get anything close to the photo on the website - Bella Fiore not only sent me an actual photo of the arrangement they made, they also called to check in about a substation they needed to make. I ordered after 5 and they delivered late morning the next day. Not to mention the flowers were beautiful and the arrangement was unique and not the typical cookie cutter arrangement. ---- Florist's Response: Thank you so much for your amazing feedback! Bella Fiore is hands down THE best florist I have ever used. I have been using Bella Fiore for a few years now for deliveries in the area, and time after time, their arrangements continue to have that wow factor. Their work is exceptional. I loved it. It was perfectly composed and the recipient must have loved it too because it was placed front and center. The service was spot on timely and as always Bella Fiore was accommodating with a photo and text of delivery completion. In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability.
