I wish I could give 10 stars! I ordered these flowers for a friend who just had surgery. I called Bella Fiore because this was a shop I remembered from my 23 years in FO (we're in ID now) and I always try to patronize local businesses. Not only did their very sweet rep clearly understand and accommodate what I was asking for, she delivered the gorgeous bouquet later the same day. My friend loves them. I wanted to share my wonderful experience with Bella Fiore. After hearing so many great things, I decided to order an arrangement. It was even more gorgeous​ than the photo online! I especially appreciated that they sent a picture before delivery to ensure it met my expectations. The flowers were pretty, however, they were left outside the door on a very hot day without calling my daughter to let her know they were there so they could be brought in before wilting. Fortunately, she happened to return home early from her 3-hour walk & found them before they went totally limp. ---- Florist's Response: We have strict protocol to have our driver always call when we have to porch arrangements, we do apologize as to why the driver failed to do so, we will work hard to ensure these types of issues don't repeat themselves. -Bella Fiore Managament
